Key Responsibilities: -Oversee the daily operations of the tour desk, ensuring excellent service to all customers. -Assist customers with booking tours, activities, and excursions that suit their interests and budgets. -Coordinate with service providers to ensure seamless experiences. -Develop and promote customized packages to increase sales and customer satisfaction. -Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. -Manage inventory, schedules, and pricing for tours and activities. -Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management. Qualifications: -Proven experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry (preferably in a tour desk or similar role). -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset. -Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. -Proficiency in English and Thai is a must. -Knowledge of Pattaya and its key attractions is a plus. -Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
