ถนนมืด หนุ่มควบจยย.ตกหลุ่มโครงการวางท่อระบายน้ำ วิจารณ์ยับไร้สัญญาณเตือน เมื่อเวลา 04.06 น. วันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2568 ศูนย์วิทยุหน่วยกู้ภัยสว่างบริบูรณ์ธรรมสถานเมืองพัทยา รับแจ้งอุบัติเหตุรถจักรยานยนต์เสียหลักตกลงไป ในหลุมโครงการขุดวางท่อระบายน้ำ เหตุเกิดบริเวณปากซอยสุขุมวิท 67 เมืองพัทยา ต.หนองปรือ อ.บางละมุง จ.ชลบุรี หลังรับแจ้งจึงนำกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่อาสาสมัครกู้ภัยฯ พร้อมทีมแพทย์รีบไปตรวจสอบ ที่เกิดเหตุพบว่าเป็นโครงการก่อสร้างเปิดผิวถนน วางระบบท่อระบายน้ำ ภายในซอยสุขุมวิท 67 ยาวมาถึงบนฝั่งถนนสุขุมวิท เป็นหลุมขนาดใหญ่กว้างประมาณ 2 เมตรลึก 2 เมตร มีแผ่นเหล็กและเหล็กแหลมของตัวโครงสร้างติดตั้งอยู่เป็นแนว พบรถจักรยานยนต์ยี่ห้อฮอนด้า ซีบีอาร์ 150 สีส้มหมายเลขทะเบียน 3 กฎ 6524 ชลบุรี พุ่งตกลงไปภายในหลุมดังกล่าว จนได้รับความเสียหาย ส่วนตัวผู้ขับขี่ทราบชื่อภายหลังคือนายบุญสม ให้กระโทก 42 ปี ได้รับบาดเจ็บถลอกตามร่างกาย มีบาดแผลฉีกขาดฉกรรจ์ ที่ขาขวา เกาะรถจักรยานยนต์ของตัวเองห้อยตัวลงไปในท่อเป็นที่น่าหวาดเสียว เจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัยฯให้การช่วยเหลือขึ้นมา ปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น ก่อนเคลื่อนย้ายส่งโรงพยาบาลอย่างเร่งด่วน สอบถามนายบุญสม คนเจ็บ ให้ข้อมูลว่า ตนเองขับมุ่งหน้าจากพัทยาใต้ไปทางสัตหีบ มาตามถนนเส้นดังกล่าวแต่ไฟมืดมาก และช่วงบริเวณที่มีการก่อสร้าง ก็ไม่มีสัญญาณเตือนแต่อย่างใด เมื่อขับมาถึงก็พุ่งตกลงไปโดยไม่ทันตั้งตัว จนได้รับบาดเจ็บ เมื่อตนเองตั้งสติได้จึงล้วงหยิบโทรศัพท์แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าช่วยเหลือดังกล่าว ขณะที่ชาวบ้านต่างวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ถึงบริเวณดังกล่าว ไม่มีแสงไฟส่องสว่างเป็นระยะทางกว่าหนึ่งกิโลเมตร ประกอบกับช่วงบริเวณก่อสร้างไม่มีสัญญาณเตือนแต่อย่างใด ทำให้เสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ ซึ่งเป็นแบบนี้มานานแรมเดือน ก็ไม่ทราบว่าเพราะสาเหตุใด จึงอยากให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องลงมาตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาในจุดนี้ อย่าต้องรอให้ถึงกับเกิดเหตุเศร้าสลดเลย ภาพ/ข่าว ทิวากร กฤษมณี ผู้สื่อข่าวภูมิภาคประจำเมืองพัทยา จ.ชลบุรี
